Strategies: Getting the pulse on what’s new and how mobility is central to D&I goals
Corporate Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategies are evolving alongside corporate Global Mobility strategies to better meet global business needs. Both are linked to talent management, yet it’s not always clear if or how the two strategies overlap.
The reality is that while there is not one single definition of D&I, or one universally agreed upon approach, both strategies can be strongly linked as part of a global talent initiative. Some companies are already well on their way to embedding D&I strategies into their mobility programs.
