Jurgen is responsible for driving our mobility strategy and enhancing the customer experience. He started his career in the Netherlands and now has over 25 years of industry knowledge supporting large client engagements. Having relocated to Italy, Singapore, South Korea and Switzerland, he also has first-hand experience of relocation and expatriation.

Liana Ciatto

Vice President, Global Account Management

Liana is responsible for defining the account management blueprint for our global team, forging strategic relationships and spearheading innovation enhancing value for clients.

Liana has over 14 years’ experience in the mobility industry and has spent much of her career in account management supporting Fortune 500 multinational corporations. She has a broad understanding of clients’ unique challenges and mobility goals.

Nick Sutton

Vice President, Global Business Development

Nick is responsible for leading strategic growth across our sales teams and attracting new business on a global scale.

With over 15 years of experience in global mobility, Nick has a strong understanding of the unique challenges organizations face when relocating their employees and the creative solutions required to empower their mobility function.

Lisa Johnson

Global Practice Leader, Consulting Services

Lisa leads our global consulting strategy, including mobility program development and thought leadership. She is responsible for CWM’s Perspectives article and webinar series, research initiatives, and is a frequent presenter on issues impacting our industry. She has a strong background in Talent, ROI and D&I Mobility strategies.

Born in Japan, Lisa has lived and worked in Europe and Latin America and is currently based in Brooklyn, New York.

Joanne Danehl

Global Director, Intercultural, Language and Partner Support Services

Joanne’s leadership helps Crown to deliver training solutions that meet clients’ corporate goals and the needs of their relocating employees. She works with individuals and teams around the world to provide the support services that are key to a successful relocation.

Joanne has worked in commercial training for over 20 years and global mobility for more than 15 years.

Phil Smith

Global Director, Financial and Compensation Services

Phil leads our financial and compensation services businesses. He is focused on enhancing clients’ awareness of and helping reduce mobility costs without sacrificing employee benefits and experience.

Phil has over 30 years’ mobility tax and compensation experience with a big four background for much of that time.

Andrea Fascetti

Global Director, Immigration Services

Andrea is responsible for leading our immigration strategy, ensuring individuals and multinational companies remain compliant. She is a licensed attorney in two countries and currently serves as Chair for the Membership Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Global Migration. She works closely with a team to develop best practices that deliver all services to a high standard.

Hanneke Noort

Account Management Director, EMEA

Based in Basel, Switzerland, Hanneke works with our offices and clients on all facets of their relocation policies and programs, ensuring the quality of the provision of services and the management of accounts.

Hanneke, who joined Crown in 2002, holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management and speaks English, Dutch, Spanish and German.

Giovanni De Carlo

Business Development Director, EMEA

Giovanni designs global mobility solutions for multinational companies, closely following industry trends on a worldwide basis.

His previous experience as an expatriate within the aviation industry, and over 10 years’ experience in the Global Mobility industry, have given him considerable expertise in managing people in multicultural and rapidly changing environments.
