Crown World Mobility strengthens Dubai team
We are pleased to announce two important appointments to the team in Dubai, Andrew MacInnes our new Business Development Manager and Shabana Rasool our new Immigration Advisor.
Shabana will be the main point of contact for UAE immigration and a subject matter expert for maintaining immigration policies and 
procedures in compliance with immigration regulations. She will coordinate activities with government agencies, immigration attorneys and outside counsel to obtain appropriate work permits and visa/residency documents as needed. This management covers the entire immigration process from identification, drafting and execution of documentation.
She has a diversified and in-depth professional background with more than 10 years’ experience in the UAE with multinationals, local and legal law firm companies. In previous roles Shabana was responsible for providing solid compliance, immigration and consultation services. As well as coordinating end to end full assignment life cycle program assistance to senior corporate executives and business leaders.
With a history of assisting clients from a variety of industries, including engineering, construction, and information technology Shabana has the skills to support various industries. In addition, Shabana managed mergers and acquisition projects, pension procedures, supervised a team of consultants, immigration coordinators and oversaw all aspects of the visa and immigration services, ensuring compliance was maintained on the highest level.
Shabana, who is trilingual in English, Arabic and Urdu commented on her new role:
“I look forward to leading regional immigration projects and providing strategic directions on immigration & assignment programs and processes. For this purpose we will build an extremely effective team, transform ideas into workable solutions and deliver high-quality ideas on organization and business needs.”
We would also like to welcome Andrew MacInnes our new Business Development Manager for the UAE.
Andrew is an experienced mobility professional with an impressive international track record. He has previously worked at Crown for 9 years, from 2008 to 2017. Spending three years in Residential Sales in Singapore, and another three years as Corporate Service Manager in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) before joining Bahrain as General Manager. Andrew moved to our Dubai office in 2016 as Sales Manager for the UAE.
Andrew MacInnes has a truly international mind-set. An expat himself, after turning a five week holiday to Hong Kong in 1995 into a new chapter of his life.
