Building trust in the digital age

Increased globalization has led more people to travel, relocate and explore global employment opportunities. Customer demands about the quality of these processes continue to change and put pressure on organizations to invest in the right types of technology.

In an interview for BizClik Media, Ken Madrid (Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific), Patrick Kenning (Intelligence Hub Director) and Chris Davis-Pipe (Group Vice President of IT) discuss a number of tools implemented at Crown to simplify relocation for both private and corporate customers. These include a virtual consultation service – transforming the traditional, paper-led process of capturing a customer’s household items – and a similar approach for packing.

We also capture a lot of data on behalf of our corporate clients. This enables us to advise and inform them of trends happening within their policies, as well as measure the value of an individual move or mobility program. To find out more about these services and Crown’s digitization journey, read Building Trust Through Digitisation.
