Crown is open for business and we’ve added enhanced safety standards that give assurance to you, our valued customers, and to our own employees, as we provide services and relocation experiences in this new normal.

New protocols

Below, we present some of the most relevant implementations according to the service provided.

International Moving


The best way to prevent the spread of coronavirus is still: social distancing (2 m/6 ft), regular hand washing with soap and water or sanitizer, as well as the use of a mask. Therefore, and with no further intention than keeping you safe at home, we kindly advise you to carry out a virtual consultation to estimate the volume of your international or national move.

By making use of Crown’s exclusive technology we ensure the progress of your relocation and the well-being of all the involves. In addition, to your virtual consultations (a survey as easy as a video call and 95% effective!) our specialists are in the best position to clarify all your doubts, including:

    • Estimated transit times, including COVID-19 latest’s updates according to the country of your interest.
    • new safety protocols for delivery in destination.
    • Immigration updates.
    • Crown Care international insurance: option that allows you to ensure all your household container or by inventory.

What to expect on your Moving Day?

  • Crown’s crew members will have a safety screening questionnaire before visiting your home and have their temperature checked at the start of each workday. All our crew members have been well trained in Crown’s Safety Standards and procedures.
  • All staff have been issued with their own Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). This includes masks, disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, soap and toolboxes. While packing the crew will maintain social distancing (2 m /6 ft) and will be using gloves and face masks at all time.
  • Whenever possible, our operational crews will work in the same two to three person units.

Destination services


Crown’s specialized range of services offers personalized support for the management of immigration procedures (requisition of visas, temporary residence, work permit, etc.), home or school search, as well as orientation tours, intercultural training or settling-in. This last one, specially designed to help the assignee and their family to integrate into their new environment; the possibility of having personalized support in destination from our consultants, to help them settle local services, such as: internet, phone services, pay TV, among others.

New protocols for Destination Services

  • In line with Government guidance, Crown’s Destination consultants and clients must: wear a mask, use hand sanitizer, and maintain social distancing (2 m 6 ft) during the service.
  • Please, pay attention to the protocols and restrictions access of the Institutions, establishments, markets and business in Mexico while visiting.
  • All passengers must travel on the back sit and wear a mask inside the vehicle. If possible, keep the car ventilated with the windows down. Since, for health reasons, the use of air conditioning is not allowed.
  • Please know that our Destination Consultants sanitize their vehicles daily.
  • We will ask for your signed consent and support to perform the aforementioned measurements to provide your destination service in Mexico.
