US Immigration Roundtable hosted by Crown World Mobility

Crown World Mobility is happy to announce its US Immigration Roundtable on December 17, 2019 with special guests John Nahajzer and Jim Alexander of Maggio Kattar Nahajzer + Alexander, P.C.

The sessions will comprise key U.S. employment-based non-immigrant visas and a comprehensive immigration update on the U.S.  Are you concerned whether your company is in compliance with strict U.S. immigration rules regarding the ability to seek admission on an ESTA or a B-1 visa? Are you experiencing longer processing times with regard to international transfers to the U.S.? What do you need to know about U.S. immigration processes with regard to executive relocations?

Crown and Maggio Kattar will be providing informational meetings in which we will discuss: current trends in U.S. business immigration cases; requirements for frequently used nonimmigrant visa classifications, such as the E, L and H-1B categories and the significant benefits of obtaining an approved blanket L petition for large multinational employers.  In addition, our meetings will focus on critical questions regarding the appropriate use of ESTA and B-1 business visas and immigration compliance.

We will host three sessions: one for those who can come in person to our offices in Raunheim, Hessen, Germany and two virtual ones (via Skype for Business):

Breakfast Meeting: December 17th, 10.00 AM – 12.00 PM – everyone interested is welcome to join us for a face to face meeting and presentation with our US attorneys. A traditional German Breakfast will be served.

Skype 1: 2.00 PM – 3.00 PM

Skype 2: 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Content of all 3 sessions will be the same.

Please be aware that actual active cases will not be discussed during these sessions, as they are of a high-level nature.

Please confirm your availability (specifying to which session) by December 10th.
