UKI highlights remarkable progress in latest sustainability report

We are pleased to share the latest sustainability report for Crown UK & Ireland. We have made remarkable progress in reducing the environmental impact of our services at Crown Relocations and World Mobility and in embedding our three-pillar responsible business strategy across all our UK and Ireland brands.

Our UKI wide highlights include:

  • Achieving a 54.5% reduction in our Scope 1 and 2 emissions since 2019 and reporting for the first time on relevant Scope 3 categories
  • Developing a social impact strategy to have a genuine and measurable impact on employment and skills opportunities for young people
  • Maintaining our CDP B-listing for yet another year

At Crown Relocations and World Mobility, we are particularly proud to have:

  • Made significant strides in embedding sustainability in our operations including running pilots for a carbon footprint report for client moves and to enable reuse for those moving homes
  • Been supporting employee morale and wellbeing as we adapt to challenging market conditions
  • Upskilled our mobility advisors on the green agenda through our carbon impact training programme

Vicky Woods, Regional Director Crown World Mobility & Relocations UK&I says:

“As a global service provider we are focused on innovating and collaborating with Crown teams to reduce the environmental impact of our service. But we are a people business and this year we have been focused on strengthening our team’s engagement, wellbeing and support – in turn this has resulted in stronger service, happier staff and increased societal support. We are excited to see what we can achieve in the year ahead.”
