Originally from the U.K., Shaila has had a long and varied career at Crown and her current role is as the APAC Regional Manager for Global Skills. This broad role brings her into contact with business leaders as she guides them through building intercultural and linguistic competence in their regional and global teams. She also works with individual employees and their families to customize their training programs so that they have the greatest chance of success when on their international assignment – and after they return home.
