She is responsible for overall people development for the region, to ensure the engagement and enablement level of employee and to build a winning culture for Ralph Lauren.

Ms. Yvonne Zhang

WeWork China

Prior to working at WeWork, Yvonne worked as a Consultant at Fragomen for three years. Yvonne is now the Lead for Asia Pacific Talent Mobility at WeWork, where she focuses on positioning talent globally across different locations and departments. Yvonne has extensive knowledge and experience on and around Global Talent Mobility

Mr. Kimi Shi

As an Indoor Environmental Consultant in PureLiving’s Shanghai office, Kimi works to address any concerns from multinational executives about the air and water quality or mild problems in their offices, factories, and residential houses. Kimi holds a Master’s Degree in environmental science and sustainability from Monash University in Australia.

Lisa Johnson
Global Practice Leader, Consulting Services

Lisa leads our global consulting strategy, including mobility program development and thought leadership. She is responsible for CWM’s Perspectives article and webinar series, research initiatives, and is a frequent presenter on issues impacting our industry. She has a strong background in Talent, ROI and D&I Mobility strategies. Born in Japan, Lisa has lived and worked in Europe and Latin America and is currently based in Brooklyn, New York.
