China: Startup Visas available in Shenyang
The Exit-Entry Administration of the Shenyang Municipal Public Security Bureau announced that it will grant visas to international students who plan to start businesses in Shenyang.
International students can apply for a Startup Visa with a university diploma, business plan and certification materials issued by the administration committee of the Shenyang section of the Liaoning (Pilot) Free Trade Zone.

Russia: Payment for the issuance of invitation letters
Application requests for invitation letters issued at the migration office (42 Pokrovka Street, Moscow) must now be certified with a bank seal as well as the seal of the inviting company, with the original payment order.
The “purpose of payment” must state the full name of the foreign national.
Looking ahead
Companies applying for work and business invitation letters are now required to adhere to the new regulations. The state fee must be paid from the bank account of the inviting company.
