New trend: Outbound Russia. Russian Employees going international
We intend to analyse recent developments and discuss the impact on mobility in Russia. The last years economic situation pushed companies located in Russia to rethink their talent management. This led to a sharp increase of mobility opportunities for Russian employees. Which objectives wish to reach companies by setting up these new programs and can we already evaluate the results? Who is the target and what kind of supports are offered? How companies are dealing with various issues such as repatriation, immigration, compliance and implementation? How is Talent Management and Global Mobility linked? What are other companies doing to address these challenges?
