VP International Mobility and Executive Compensation, Coty 

Hélène is the head of the International Mobility area for the Coty group, for 15 years and has expanded her scope to the Global Long Term Incentive Programs and the Executive Compensation. She worked all through these years starting from an ad-hoc practice to create a strong International Mobility Center of Excellence acting as a centralized and acknowledged reference for the group. Through never-seen-before projects like the merge with P&G Beauty and Coty in 2016 and the creation of Coty Headquarter in Amsterdam in 2020, her team is always seeking to develop internal expertise fully dedicated to the HR community, to support the business needs across the world with agile solutions, to offer the best experience to international assignees and to partner with strong global providers. She focuses the team to the next digital challenge in the international mobility area.

Jean-Philippe Sarra

Global Mobility Practice Leader, Mercer France

Jean-Philippe leads the Global Mobility Practice for Mercer in France. He is a member of the EMEA Centre of Excellence for Global Mobility at Mercer. Jean-Philippe joined Mercer in January 2019 after more than 10 years in International Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility in France and Switzerland. Having started his career as Global Mobility Consultant for a competitor practice, Jean-Philippe was previously the Head of Global Mobility at Holcim.
