What You Will Learn

The portrait of the modern family has changed radically in recent years. How these families are supported through a move must also change in response. Drawing on first hand experiences from key industry experts, this interactive session will explore how mobility impacts modern families, including:

  • Examples of how organizations are adapting their policies and procedures to embrace cultural norms and nuances of the modern family
  • Real-life examples of solutions to challenges faced by companies with mobile modern families
  • How the “sandwich generation” is affecting policies and overall mobility programs
  • Emerging trends, changing family dynamics and generational differences, and predictions for future generations
