Another successful webinar for the mobility specialists

Thanks to all participants who attended the Post pandemic: 5 standout talent mobility trends webinar earlier.

During the 1hour session, around 60 mobility leaders from all over Asia discussed various exciting topics about mobility in post pandemic era, the challenges and opportunities in the mobility industry as we continue living life in a pandemic.

Throughout the 60 minutes, live polling was carried out to understand some insights on the hot industry topics emerging this year.

60% of the attendees have feedback that they expect a future hybrid model that combines a home and office work scenario where possible when asked if their organizations are adopting a “work from anywhere” policy.

More than 70% of participants also feedback that compensation guidelines are currently lacking in most organization pertaining to virtual assignments, and there is an urgent need to define clearly within the organization about what a Virtual Assignment is. Most respondents also feedback that applying a new virtual assignments model is definitely a new challenge that all mobility experts might face under the new normal.

Close to 80% of participants feedback that there is no immediate need to look into housing allowances to include extra space for remote activities when discussing about assignees’ support during & post pandemic.

It is delighted to note that more than 70% of mobility experts are positive about the recovery and expect employees to start assignments as soon as borders are opened.
