Lisa Johnson
Global Practice Leader, Consulting Services
Lisa leads our global consulting strategy, including mobility program development and thought leadership. She is responsible for CWM’s Perspectives article and webinar series, research initiatives, and is a frequent presenter on issues impacting our industry. She has a strong background in Talent, ROI and D&I Mobility strategies. Born in Japan, Lisa has lived and worked in Europe and Latin America and is currently based in Brooklyn, New York.
Greg Tadman
Regional HR Director, PageGroup
Greg commenced his career in 2001 at Oliver Wyman (Management Consulting) where he worked for 13 years in various HR roles including European Head of Talent Management as well as Director of Human Capital for APAC based in Singapore. Greg joined PageGroup in 2014 and heads their HR function across 11 countries with over 1,700 people. He sits on the APAC regional board as well as Global HR Committee for PageGroup and has resided in Singapore for over 11 years.
His experience spans all facets of HR with focus on Talent Management and Development, Culture and Engagement as well as Diversity and Inclusion. He is a Business Graduate and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (CIPD).
Caitlin Pyett
Regional Director, Account Management, Crown World Mobility
Caitlin was born and raised in the U.K. and graduated from Bristol University. She is a Global Mobility specialist, having spent her 20-year career in the industry across a variety of sectors and roles.
Starting her career in London, she initially worked in-house in investment banking as a Global Mobility specialist, working her way up from operations and immigration to project management and regional management. In 2012, she relocated from London to Singapore to commence a role as part of the Global Mobility leadership team for a large engineering services company as their Policy and Practices Manager. In this role she honed her expertise in strategic mobility policy design and development, and undertook responsibility for vendor selection and management. She relocated to Hong Kong in 2017 and switched from an in-house focus to a provider role. She is now responsible for Account Management across the Asia region at Crown.
Olivier Meier
Principal, Mercer’s Mobility Practice
Olivier Meier has 20 years of experience in Global Mobility and international talent management. He is currently working on the development of tools and solutions to compensate internationally mobile employees and is based in Munich.
His research and consultancy work covers all aspects of Global Mobility and, more specifically, international mobility strategy development, assignee compensation models, and mobile talent management. The focus of some of his recent projects was on identifying new mobility management trends, fostering mobile talent diversity, developing international talent pools as well as on addressing practical issues related to assignee compensation models and virtual assignments.

Liana is responsible for defining the account management blueprint for our global team, forging strategic relationships and spearheading innovation enhancing value for clients. Liana has over 14 years’ experience in the mobility industry and has spent much of her career in account management supporting Fortune 500 multinational corporations. She has a broad understanding of clients’ unique challenges and mobility goals.
