Session 1 – Future of Work: Alignment with talent management 

How do we best align the future of work with talent management? Mercer will share their latest thought leadership, and Crown will chair a client panel discussion, to deep dive into three key streams – Work from Anywhere and Employer of Records, aligning global mobility with talent management and insights gained from a large global programme, supporting you to align your mobility strategy.

This panel will be followed by a roundtable discussion. 

 

Session 2 – Future of Mobility: Flexibility, Simplicity and the Employee Experience

Mercer will share the results of their recent short term assignments and permanent transfer policy surveys, and lead a series of round table discussions focused on the use of lump sum and menu-based policy provisions. What are the benefits and risks of adopting these approaches? What are the conditions for success?
