Session 1 – Global Mobility Sustainability Insights

A round table session dedicated to sustainability within Global Mobility with our subject matter experts to discuss how to support your carbon reduction objectives as well as how Crown is making inroads in this area in collaboration with our clients.

Session 2 – Balancing People, Planet and Profit

Continuing the sustainability theme, Michael Grover from Mercer will discuss the wider ESG question of what it means to be a ‘good’ employer, how to promote sustainable Mobility options that are good for the planet as well as for organizations and their people including ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) within your people practices.

Kate Fitzpatrick will also share the latest trends from Mercer’s new Worldwide International Assignment Policies and Practices survey, and ‘hot off the press’ insights from their recent European conference.
