Giovanni De Carlo

Giovanni started his career within the aviation industry. For the last 12 years, Giovanni has mainly been acting as an executive in commercial and general management functions, which allowed him to gain a vast experience in managing people in multicultural and rapidly changing environments.

As Business Development Director for Crown, he continuously expands his know-how by suggesting global mobility solutions for multinational companies and closely follows industry trends on a worldwide basis.

 He has lived and worked in the U.K., Austria, Spain, Geneva and Zurich.

Gabi is the key account manager for International Assignment Programs with experience in expatriate taxation and expatriate management/outsourcing. Long experience in leading teams to success. Leader of the Vialto Partners Germany Global Mobility consulting group, specialized on Expatriate Policy and Process Consulting as well as Managed Services and Cross-Border Remote Work.
