Jennifer Baillie-Stewart, our Global Compensation and Immigration Practice Leader, was recently interviewed by the Society for Human Resource Management* for a piece entitled: “How HR Can Prepare for Brexit’s Impact.”

In the article, she stresses the consequences of Brexit are “very speculative at the moment.” No one can guarantee the impact this departure will have on both regional and global markets. 

However, there has been a lot of guesswork around the short and long-term implications for organizations doing business in the EU and the U.K.. Jennifer outlines five steps HR and their organizations can take to be prepared.
