Crown Worldwide Group

Crown Worldwide Group, headquartered in Hong Kong, was established in 1965 and is currently located in 264 locations in 45 countries.

The Group is made up of several divisions – Crown World Mobility, Crown Relocations, Crown Workspace, Crown Records Management, Crown Fine Art, Crown Logistics and Crown Wine Cellars.

Crown’s story began over five decades ago, from humble beginnings, when Jim Thompson started the company and our first ever shipment set sail in Japan.

Since then we’ve grown into an extraordinary global business that has helped millions of families relocate their lives throughout the world. We’ve supported company assignments, transported priceless art collections and kept vast amounts of company data and records safe.

Crown World Mobility

Crown World Mobility provides global mobility management for businesses, offering services that are supported by a unique international network of offices and experienced people.

The division first emerged in 1997, when the Mobility Services were added to our Crown Relocations business. Soon, every operation had at least one employee offering orientation packages and other mobility services alongside traditional move logistics.

In 2001, Global Mobility Services was launched as a separate brand within the Crown Worldwide Group, offering companies a suite of services to support their relocating employees’ moves around the world.

The Crown World Mobility brand we know today was launched in 2012. New service offerings were developed for intercultural training, language training and partner support. Practices were formed to include immigration services and compensation administration services – all led by people who continued the tradition of putting customer service at the heart of the business.
