Crown World Mobility has announced a refocused senior leadership structure as part of our efforts to create and deliver value for customers around the world. This includes two new appointments directly linked to Crown World Mobility’s objectives as we continue to drive our 2020 vision.

Liana Ciatto has been named Vice President (VP) of Account Management, while Nick Sutton has accepted the position of VP of Global Business Development. Between them, Liana and Nick bring almost 30 years of global mobility experience and a strong understanding of the unique challenges organizations face when relocating their employees. They report directly to Curt Smith, Group VP of Crown World Mobility, and will work alongside the VP of Customer Experience, Paula Kupka.

Paula was appointed earlier this year to evaluate and improve service delivery processes. Tasked with developing a unified vision and customer experience strategy across the organization, her role will see her continue to drive service excellence.

“We are delighted to have Liana and Nick join our leadership team, and look forward to their contributions in both nurturing and building client relationships on a global scale,” says Curt. “Working alongside our VP of Customer Experience, I’m confident our refocused leadership team will achieve and exceed targets for growth, retention and service delivery.”

“I’m looking forward to developing new and unique ways to engage with our relocating employees and simplify what many consider a complex process,” adds Paula.

Liana’s career in account management has been focused on supporting Fortune 500 multi-national corporations. In her new role, she is responsible for defining the account management blueprint for the company’s global team, forging strategic relationships and spearheading innovation, enhancing value for clients.

“The account management function is core to our growth strategy,” states Liana. “I am really excited and committed to the opportunity of working with our teams to help them reach new levels of success.”

Nick brings an outstanding track record of growing Crown World Mobility’s business since joining the Australian operation in 2015. With 16 years of mobility experience, his core focus has been partnering with corporations to build best-in-class mobility programs and the service delivery models required to support them. His new role will see him lead strategic growth across our sales teams and attracting new business on a global scale.

“I am very excited to be joining the leadership team and working with our sales team to deliver the next phase of our growth. We have a fantastic opportunity to capitalize on a dynamic and changing market, leveraging our strategic innovations and consultative approach to deliver solutions that offer real value to our customers,” says Nick.

Both roles are based in the U.K. Nick has already relocated his family from Australia; Liana will join him from Hong Kong later this year.
